Then evaluate the problem. Most people correct the first problem before fixing the next problem to determine what other issues need to be handled. The President and Congress are really to ignorant to pass any laws.

When I heard Trent Lott say 'if we thought we could intimidate a United States Senator we were wrong, that they will not be intimidated by us!' That's not the exact quote, or maybe it is. Now had he said that when the troops come home they will be reassigned to protect our borders I would give it some thought.
