Until employers are prosecuted, fined and jailed, there will be a steady flow of illegals for government subsidized cheap labor. Even if Bush doesn’t cave to Obama’s move to give employers a pass, which he will, it is just a matter of more legislation down the road while authorities turn their heads, and set policy by ignoring the law.
