If Revelations is correct, then the head of the beast is a lion, the symbol for Britain. The feet is a bear so Russia. Shoulders are a wolf so Germany. It sounds like the beast is the EU and the anti-christ himself may be part of the EU (revived empire and part of the eighth empire of the EU).
Turkey itself was democratic and islamic but recently has begun to shed democratic practice for the islamic law bit by bit. They also are playing with fire with Iran in cross border skurmishes with the Kurds. Don’t forget, Turkey would not allow us access to fly or route troops into Iraq.
Their is a harlot who sits on top of the beast that the beast itself destroys. The description of the harlots talks about her being dressed in robes of scarlet linens committing fornication with the kings of the earth and has the blood of the saints. This would lead me to believe the harlot is the Catholic church. The beast destroying it in one hour as mentioned in Revelations could fit considering the Catholic church has the GDP of a 2nd world country and in general fights for human rights. It also is guilty of many infractions against man such as selling trinkets to get into heaven for example, allowing pedophiles to get away with heinous crimes for centuries (until recently) and has global influence in politics.
