I agree, subs are simply part of a full solution and anyone thinking just one platform would work - don’t know what they are talking about.
Surface ships do have a lot of defense on them however, one subroc would ruin a convoy’s day.

Surface ships do have a lot of defense on them however, one subroc would ruin a convoy’s day. A Small Nuke makes a whole fleet vulnerable. In any all out dust up with China all our surface fleet will be destroyed in one fell swoop. They have publicly said as much by the way.
