This sickens me, it’s selective enforcement. They crush the Honda without a sticker on the intake, meanwhile the Harley running open pipes or the Mustang with the illegal engine swap doesn’t even get a second look.

Harley noise is directly inverse to the size of the rider’s penis. The louder the pipes the smaller the rider’s ‘pipe’ is.

What is an "illegal egine swap"? I can put whatever engine I want to in my car. As long as it passes the emissions inspection there's not a damn thing anyone can do about it.
You're comparing apples and oranges. Even if you don't like Harley's or open pipes, you can't honestly say they're killing people. Illegal street racing is taking lives. The crackdown is legitimate.
