I heard (stupid) rumors yesterday that there is an alligator hanging out in the lake.

Kewl! I would love to test the effectiveness of my .45-70 Trapdoor Springfield on a big gator.

Yeah, but will gators be In-Season at that time? ;)

Eaker just might shoot a gator at Walmart. Self defense ya know!

Gunner would prolly put a leash on it and take it home.

Over the past few years, gators in public are fairly commonplace. That's why the cops just wrapped him up and hauled him away.

Depending on what the rains are doing next year, they may still be out and about. :)

So we are in open season for gators.

It’s a well known fact that alligators do not come out at night. ;-)

BTW - there is a 20 x 20 shed (with stuff shoved into corners & placed outside the space will be about 15 x 15) next to the trailer that folks can “camp out” in. It will have an A/C unit in it by then ~ folks can bring air mattresses to crash on.

So we are in open season for gators.

Beginning next March I will head down to DCS twice a month and throw a couple of dead chickens in the lake.

You will have to define camping out. Did ya mean the Holiday Inn?
