You didn’t exactly substantiate why you believe that.

All I see are Democrats that will vote dem no matter what staying dem. Every party has a core that votes no matter what. Elitist rich white liberals that detest ties to the great unwashed in both parties choosing Bloomberg. Conservatives staying home.

And everyone else relunctantly voting Rudy.

I think that leaves Hill with the low to mid ‘40’s. Reps with high thrities to low 40’s and bloomberg swiping the rest.

the only way I can see a different dynamic is if conservatives vote for him, and I don’t think that’s going to happen.

Also, i doubt rudy is the nominee unless fred self destructs. And Hill I still think is dependent on whether Gore or another new person runs.

Hillary is a shrill bitch. Bloomberg is a whiny little wuss who can't hold a candle to Rudy, but will steal votes from Hillary.

And, whatever else he represents, Rudy is still seen as a hero -- not only for his behavior on and following 9/11, but also for the fact that he can legitimately say that he cleaned up New York City from its previous identity as a haven for thugs and thieves.

I'm conservative -- and given a choice between those three, I would vote for Rudy in a heartbeat. As would most conservatives: the alternatives are too hideous to contemplate.

Again, though -- Rudy's not really in the game. It's a theoretical discussion only.
