is this veto proof? I think it passed both houses of the Texas Legislature by wide margins, so it ought to be.

the Texas House passed it 125-11, and the Senate passed it 29-1.

is this veto proof?Only because the cowardly legislooters aren't in session any more. If this had been important to them (as opposed to just being posturing), they would have passed the bill early enough to have been able to overcome the inevitable Perry veto.
