I’m just saying there’s something fishy about this video. I’ve been fooled too many times.
I can’t vouch for its authenticity, but I did just run into this same video on a previous FR posting.... apparently, this was posted before!

This is just another manifestation of what is wrong with America. It’s a very basic, and very fatal flaw.
In my parent’s generation, it was held out as an ideal that doing the “right thing” was it’s own reward. People of that and previous generations would try to do things for the greater good. Sacrifice was seen as honorable. That is not to say that everyone from that generation was a saint. It’s saying that the society of that time placed a great deal of value on honor, and doing what is “right”.
Now, people are 100% focused on what’s in it for them. The me generation has become the standard. Our politicians, our corporate leaders all make decisions with one thing in mind first and foremost: “How will this benefit me?”
It is a collective mindset that is beginning to, and will spell the end of America as we know it.
