I'm Buddhist and this makes my blood boil. When the Jews and Christians are whipped all religions will be finished. China doesn't discriminate, all religions are government approved mockeries there. The proponent in that article is mainly concerned with Buddhism and Hinduism in India.
The aim is to replace all spiritual thought with dependence on ruling secular authorities, namely the UN. Watered down versions of any spiritual tradition will be allowed as long as they are just doing a kumbaya for the ruling authority.
