After thinking long and hard about this issue, there has always been a few pieces missing from the NAU jigsaw puzzle, divided between the "why" and the "how" columns.

The tortured Kelo decision by SCOTUS gives us one more piece for the "how" section of that puzzle. Does anyone remember how Roberts voted?

The puppet masters have been hand picking Supreme Court justices since back before Warren.
