Good to see American Thinker picking this up. One thing I'm curious about is how typical is it for the IO to announce his leanings for a recommendation at the end of the hearing. I would have figured they wouldn't make a comment either way until they send their recommendation to Lt. Gen. Mattis. It's a great sign. I hope the Lt. Gen. gets the recommendation quickly and makes his decision quickly.

That wasn’t the IO’s official announcement at the hearing, Girl, I don’t believe. I think it was comments to the prosecution but in effect he gave away what his recommendation will be.

I hope the Lt. Gen. gets the recommendation quickly and makes his decision quickly. Better for all concerned if it's done with a little deliberation. Not only must it be fair, it has to look fair.
It's better for Cpl. Sharatt and the other Marines if it doesn't look like anyone put their thumb on the scale.
