The Constitution needs another Amendment - TWO year terms for the House of Lords (Senate). THEN they, like the House of Representatives, will be more responsive to popular opinion.

no what the Senate needs to be is back to the one picked by the legislature of the state. He needs to be removed as far from “popular” democracty as possible.
