He clearly knowingly and intentionally abused his position for political purposes!
Honestly, capital punishment should be on the table for such abuse as far as I’m concerned.

Agreed. Our free society is based on a system of justice that must be impeccable. The moment someone in power distorts justice for his own gain, setting himself up as God with the purpose of destroying the well-being and livelihood of others, he has renounced his humanity and should be treated like the threat to society that he is. Tyrants.....

While prosecutors like Nifong are working cases and with-holding evidence, I'll be opposed to capital punishment.
