I`m not a lawyer, nor do I play one on T.V., but if this fool is disbarred, how does that work? Does this mean suspension or does it mean he can never work as a lawyer again?
That depends if he’s permantly disbarred or if he’s disbared until he applies for his license again. ie clinton
