Any legal eagles out there know if Reid’ attorney gets to ask questions of Nifong???
Most likely not. I do not know the procedures of the NC Bar Disciplinary Board but typically only the Disciplinary Counsel and Nifong's attorney will be able to question witnesses.
If this works like any other court of law he should be questioned by both sides.
If he only get’s to present his “defense” it’s not much of a hearing/trial etc.
What I want to know if there is any course of action to charge him with perjury if it’s shown he lies (he’d never do that would he?) during this hearing.
