Yes. I’m not trained in this area, but I’ve researched and written about crimes. What Nifong is saying makes no sense given the initial story (or stories) told by Mangum. Maybe there would be no semen, but hardly “no DNA.”

They found the DNA of at least ten men in and on her and they’ve only analyzed HALF of the sample.

Why isn’t Crystal being prosecuted?

In assult cases where a condom is used, you would be suprised at the amount of times semen is actually detected on the victim.
Usually it’s transfer marks from when the condom is removed or in most cases, since the attack is usually of a violent nature, the condom breaks, shifts or come off during the rape leaving behind an evidence trail.
