You might think it’s a silly,needless law but my husband and I had occasion to be sitting in the hallway of the couthouse in Pomona, CA a while back. While we were there we saw several parents with teenage boys going in and out of the courtroom. The boys all had one thing in common—you guessed it—baggy pants slipping off their bu**s.

Well sure - the boys with good fitting shorts ran faster and got away!
(Numerous stories on cops catching the thugs ‘cuz they got tripped up in their shorts!)
