I agree, it is just stupid. I never got that as a style, nor did I get my generations obsession with spending outrageous prices for genes that looked like they were already full of holes and worn out. I think it goes directly to an idle and spoiled youth culture. Perhaps that is their way of reconciling having all the undeserved opportunity and wealth they have. Hell, I don’t know lol

LOL! I’ve actually seen the perps get tripped up and finally lose their pants running from the cops after one of our famous car chases. No, they don’t get far!

The day people should wear clothes (not go naked, sorry, no one suggested that even though you find that an easier point to argue) per your approval is the day you should dress and groom to my standards.
If you don’t like your gym, job, neighbors, grocery store, tv fare, etc then yes, you should alter your life and not rail that others should conform to your preferences.

When I see one of these idiots, I just point and say, “Hey, your pants are falling down!” in a loud voice, preferably in front of a lot of people. It may get me slugged one day, but I beleive ridicule is much more effective than legislation.
Guess it's OK with the town council to wear baggy pants without underwear...:)

Baggy britches on these bangers was a benefit for the bayou ! Incremental nanny overwatch crap again ignores the fact that laws already on the books can handle indecent exposure if such occurs.
No should be passed that tries to control what people wear, even if the intention is good.
And it’s not a poor people thing. Many inner-city blacks wear starter jackets that cost hundreds of dollars. Typically the jackets are 4 or 5 sizes too big for the wearer with sleeves hanging 10 inches below the end of the fingers. “It’s, like, cool man.”.
I draw the line at telling people how they must dress. Besides, how a person dresses helps us judge a person so that we know better how to deal with him.
Nails through the eyebrow, pony tails, ear rings on men and “Buckwheat” pants with a baggy T-shirt that reaches down to the knees, are alarm bells that puts us on guard and tells us something about the person.
I wish more women wore their britches like this.

You say I am picking nudity as a point of argument but what about wearing your underwear in public. Did you ever think that you would be defending that? Essentially that is what is happening when they wear their pants below their underwear. Isn’t it?
You say that if I can’t control the way other people dress then I should stay out of the public. Well isn’t that a twist.
Not only is that not at all what I am saying but think about it. You are saying that kids can dress nearly obscene showing their buts and you think if someone has a sense of decency then that person should stay out of public.
I say there is nothing to provent the next fad from being far more revealing and you will be stuck with telling people that if they don’t like “the new expression” then stay home.
Where does it end?
Should there be any public standards at all?
Or should we just do whatever we feel like doing and if enough people do it then noone can say anything?
Are we civilized or uncivilized?
