Cause if he actually did such a contemptuous thing we'd have to be crazy to believe anything he says on the matter now. I don't know if he was lying, but he and Congress are not funding! The problem is W and others are not fighting to get the funds. Congress won't fund it for some commie reason. We don't need a new law. We don't need an amendment to a new bill.

A Fence is a temporary hindrance. A wall with armed individuals who are serious about shooting people who try to climb it is an actual Barrier to illegal entry.
Bring home all the soldiers all these eurotwits complain about and build em some nice new bases every 100 miles on both borders. then let the army core of engineers build you a wall system.
