You are using the liberal RAT playbook, accusing others of what you yourself are doing. Being dismissive of Miers credentials says a lot about your regard for adherence to the US constitution that you and Coulter claim to be such authorities on. Can I put you down as a cafeteria constitutionalist? The voters elected President Bush, not those who chose to oppose the Miers nomination by engaging in scurrilous attacks on her. Your arrogance matches Coulter’s and probably is straight from her. Trying to justify Coulter’s nastiness by turning the facts upside down will not make it go away, or make it more acceptable to decent people.

You do realize that you are helping to keep this thread going by responding to posts which are generated solely for that purpose? You should be packing for vacation instead of harpooning whales. Get crackin'.

What in the world are you talking about? Speaking against the nomination of a justice is somehow unconstitutional? We are allowed free speech. If that results in the administration pulling the nomination that is the way the process is supposed to work. Nowhere in the Constitution does it say that the rest of us cannot speak out against a presidential decision.
