I was hoping we could hold out to 2008. I greatly admired Bush’s move in Iraq although I hoped he would take out Iran shortly thereafter. A Middle East cleansing so to speak as the Islamists only understand force (it’s a respect/fear thing).

At this point I think Impeachment is no longer a dirty word. He has clearly failed his high office concerning the enforcement of Border Security. In fact he is blatant about his disregard for the law of the land. He has completely failed to comply with his oath of office. Even if the move fails it will send a clear message to the Rhinos.

The Base should somehow start the proceedings just to neutralize the traitor. Shut him up til 2008.

Conservatives need to start thinking independently of the GOP. Either we find the right GOP candidate or break off. Might be 2012 or 2016 before we can form a BASE, but we must start somewhere. A 3rd Party is inevitable or the Republic is toast.

Having won his second, and last Constitutionally permissible, presidential election any prsident may then feel free from the constraints imposed by cultivating the goodwill of the electorate.Or in other words,:I’m IN now and gonna do what I want.

As much as I am disappointed with Bush, and as emotionally satisfying it would be to watch him being impeached, that just really isn't a valid option. You need an articulable crime. You and I may well think the way he has dealt with the border issues is 'criminal', but it still boils down to a policy difference at its base.

We're just going to have to work as hard as we can to stop as much of the globalist agenda from being implemented as we can. In addition to the crap we have outlined in the linked article, there is a lot of other fronts being pushed right now.

The LOST treaty is getting a push now and it's a true piece of work.  The implications of this treaty are staggering.

The Trans Texas Corridor (The Santa Anna Tollway) being pushed in Texas so as to more completely open up our interior to Mexico and China is another front. When the Texas legislooters made noises like they were going to be putting the kabosh on this globalist wet dream, we started hearing from Fedgov about losing other highway funds. Apparently that was enough to get the weak-kneed legislooters back in line.

Then, there is the Real-ID thing, which is going to be shoved down our throats to supposedly help identify the newly amnestied Z-card holders.  This particular bit is one of the few really readily spotted and easily explained examples of the Hegelian Dialectic in action out there.

We've got a lot of work to do, and a it's an uphill battle because the American people have been sitting on their asses while a lot of stuff has been going on around them for too long.
