Is this the same president who refused to sign the United States on with the World Court in the Hague?
That was pre-2004...(2002 IIRC, though bilateral Article 98 agreements with many nations have been signed in the intervening years, apparently a pre-condition for US ratification of the ICC treaty - BOHICA)

W. was pretty good to start out with. I think his reflexes are a little slow, ie: he continued reading to the school children after he was told about the first plane hitting the World Trade Tower, as seen on video. But he has many of the same advisers, including vice president, who have been in place in Washington for a long time, most of which are CFR members. So he couldn’t help but be influenced by them. He also has signed the NAU treaty, which is unconstitutional to say the least. So he has been on the slide for quite a while now. Incidentally, a few of his advisers apparently are signing on with FDT. Not a good omen, in my opinion.
