She still IS married to Kevin Bacon and have 2 or 3 kids between them. The actors don't see to get it or don't care that many of their public happen to be on the "other side", and when they say these things publically it really only hurts them. Example: Julia Roberts saying that Republican was found in the dictionary between Reptilian and Repugnant. She's history with me, now.

My uncle was a famous actor for many, many years. He was almost a Socialist in his leanings. For the most part, no one ever knew that about him because he was well aware there were at least two schools of thought on political things and he did not want to antagonize those who did not agree with him and jeopardize his career by having a big mouth. He LIKED his job, and believed entertaining without antagonizing was what he was essentially paid to do. And he was no weenie, either.

Was??? They are still married 19 years! Quite a feat that Republican candidates can’t seem to do. That is one area that Democrats do beat us on is long marriages. I don’t know why that is since we are the party of family values. That has always stunned me.
