This is what happens when you let ignorant, undeducated masses vote. Good reason why the Founders of this country wanted only literate land owners to vote. Mob rule is what you get from universal suffrage.

Yep. And this is why most all dictators seize and or kill the educated, first thing. LIke in Vietnam. They put the scientists, doctors and teachers in jail or killed them when the communists took power. This has been repeated throughout history---and Chavez is no different.
