Yes. The only difference is that today’s religious left is a little more realistic politically, and therefore a little more interested in snookering mainstream Christians into voting for the Left.
This is not an idle threat, however. Many conservatives and semi-conservatives, most certainly including Christians, are sadly confused and therefore ripe for the picking. ‘08 will be a dangerous year.
