Canadian English is Queen's English. Canada's first Prime Minister, Sir John Alexander MacDonald, insisted on the proper use of British spelling. In Canada, it does not do to write and talk like an American. Speak like a proper Brit when you can. And go wog the telly - not the frickin' TV!
