You have some serious FACT issues, my friend.
You are totally wrong about what Paris did. You are totally wrong about the usual sentences for her offence. You are totally wrong about the usual time served for that kind of offense.
You are just a person who seems to be wracked with jealousy over an annoying, spoiled rich girl.
Get over it and live your own life and try to get some money. I am (I just bought a lottery ticket)
“You are totally wrong about what Paris did. You are totally wrong about the usual sentences for her offence. You are totally wrong about the usual time served for that kind of offense.”
So why did she lose her license? It was for a DUI.
From Wikipedia:
In September 2006, she was arrested for driving under the influence and subsequently sentenced to 36 months probation and had her license suspended. Following subsequent arrests for driving with a suspended license and speeding, Hilton was charged with violating her probation and sentenced to 45 days in jail.

Not really, just a person who is interested in seeing that the law is applied equally. I’m more man about Libbys jail sentence vs Sandy Burglar for example.

I started a business about a year and a half ago. So far so good.
Well, as I understand it, the list is shown below. You can correct me wherever you think appropriate, but I'm quite sure I'd be in the lock up for more than 40 days if I'd done the following:
1. Busted for DUI, license suspended and no jail or restriction time but with requirement to behave for a brief period of time.,
2. Busted driving without a license during probation period, no penalties except maybe extending the probation.
3. Busted again, same offense, wrecked very expensive car and endangered citizenry in the process.
4. Third time is the charm, sentenced to 40 days in jail, reduced to 23, and given private cell apart from other inmates.
(Incidentally, judge orders no home release etc. unless he OK'd it first)
5. Conned the Sheriff into going against court ruling (invoking sheriff's authority over the court)and is released via press conference and on grounds that the sheriff knows are invalid.
(in jail she can be made to see a doctor, at home she'll have her own self guided treatment).
6. Sheriff fails to properly consult with judge, then pretends otherwise, then postures about his presumed authority to alter rulings and policy.
7. Ms. HIlton goes home still complaining about unfairness of it all.
SUMMARY:
Broke the law and endangered lives.
Ignored conditions of release and broke the law again - twice.
Shows no indication that she'd do any better if ordered to do nice things for the community as penance.
When actually given punishment, levers her name and ability to own lawyers to cause a county official to obstruct and cast doubt on the legal system we are all supposed to be governed by.
Continues to bitch and moan about unfairness even before the original (3d time charm) sentence is reinstated.
Now we have Geraldo and half the media claiming that 40 days is excessive when a murderer in another state got less than a year - when the issue should be why and how did a murderer get off so lightly, not why a heiress got tossed back into jail for her original sentencing!
Yeah, I think she deserves it because I hate rich people, right, sure...
