That’s horrible. At the rate Hilton is going, it could be her. Some of us take this seriously. Laws are to protect the public. They can’t be ignored by anyone.

Laws are to protect the public.
Actually tough jail sentences are also good for drunk driver offenders too.
It takes something pretty significant to get their attention.
I used to be a licenced alcohol/drug counselor. I came to believe only the Lord, and/or jail did any good at all.
