With all her money, why didn't she - a LONG time ago - just hire a chauffeur to drive her wherever she wants to go?
A chauffeur solves not just one of her problems here, but solves both problems:
- No chance for a DUI charge if she's not driving.
- No chance for "driving on suspended license" charge if someone else is doing the driving.

The reason is why she is in jail. She thinks she is above the law and laws only apply to others.

So many famous people that get caught DUI or using drungs are alone when it happens that I suspect they are hiding their activities (or think they are hiding them) from everyone around them, including staff.

(Do not do to others as you would not wish done to yourself. Thus no murmuring will rise against you.)
