PETRIFIED PARIS HILTON mouthed I love you to her parents last night before being carted off to face a hostile reception in prison.....[snip]
[snip]Prisoner number 9818783 was put back in her special cell isolated from other inmates amid fears the angry lags could RIOT over her special treatment.
Wardens even ordered a lockdown as prisoners who think Paris pretended to be sick to con doctors threatened a revolt.
An insider at the prison in Lynwood, California, said: The women inside the jail are seething. They say if youre a rich white girl you get special treatment.
They are furious that while Paris had her own special cell with a panic button, was given better food and was kept away from the general population, she was still released early.
There are girls in here with cancer, TB, and with MRSA. They arent allowed to go home and are treated by prison medical staff.
The prisoners think if youre rich and pretend youre sick you can get away with murder.
Many of the girls have been locked down in their cells all day because they are so furious. The jail is full of screams about Paris.
Prison bosses fear this could simmer over into violence.
Ex-inmate Lisa Caprie said she suffered a nervous breakdown inside but was kept there.
She said: We heard Paris was treated like the Queen of England. Its not fair. My husband fought to get me out when I had a breakdown but they didnt listen.
And Elana Lamb, set free with an ankle tag, said Paris made a nuisance of herself by repeatedly pressing a medical alert button.
Lamb, 38, said: She was just whining, complaining she was cold and hungry.............."

The media is definately back in September 10th mode.
What if Anna Nicole Smith crawled out of her grave as a tap dancing zombie and ate the brain of Lindsey Lohan?
Didn’t want to start a seperate thread. This is an article about how few powerful are supporting Hilton... except for Hugh Hefner (I wonder what his interest could be?)

Interesting quote:
>>Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca said Hilton did get special treatment because of her celebrity status: “She got more time in jail.”<<
Oh Lord, the damn phone! I wouldn’t even bat an eye at being in general population.
Disgusting that a celebrity slut gets special treatment and that the media follow every move that she makes. I don’t want to hear or see anything else about the slut who became famous by making a porno video.
"There is nothing wrong with your television set.
Do not attempt to adjust the picture.
We are controlling transmission.
If we wish to make it louder,
We will bring up the volume.
If we wish to make it softer,
We will tune it to a whisper.
We will control the horizontal.
We will control the vertical.
We can change the focus to a soft blur,
Or sharpen it to crystal clarity.
For the next hour, sit quietly
And we will control all that you see and hear.
You are about to participate in a great adventure.
You are about to experience the awe and mystery
Which reaches from the inner mind to...
The Outer Limits"
I saw part of one of those shows...The girls thought someone in a bar stole the short one’s purse; and she pitched an ugly, embarrassing fit—throwing bleach around, I believe.
That was enough.
Paris has no “bazooms” as far as most American men are concerned.
Very interesting. If I had money, the condition for my second oldest daughter would be that she or her daughters would not inherit one cent until that b@stard was out of their lives.
He considered me a walking wallet, and had the nerve to tell my bf that his babies were his retirement plan. Basta!
For some, 35 yrs old might not be old enough. I don’t know about backbone in a situation like trust fund administration. Parents have a hard enough time parenting, without being in charge of trust funds. An administrator is an excellent idea. Put the kids on an allowance, and let them earn money for the “shortfall”.
You said: Yep. 45 days in a jail for driving without a license when they are releasing more serious criminals and the judge taking such a public position - this is personal and class (or lack of class) based, not justice
***
As I understand it, this was not a conviction and sentence for driving without a license. The offense was DUI, reduced to reckless driving. She got probation rather than jail in the first instance. She was caught driving, warned not to do it again, and then was caught driving with her license suspended a second time. When her court appearance time arrived, she was late for court, then bellyached to the court. THAT is why she got the time. She mocked the court and paid the price. Few non-rich people would do this. Paris attempted to put herself above the law. It is difficult to find much sympathy for her.
Yeah... frickin judge. How dare he? Oh, and what did she drink the night she was pulled over? Let's blame the makers of that drink. And what about the car she was driving? Those a-holes, they are to blame for the riot. And the workers that built the roads- if those roads had not been there, paris wouldn't have been out on the street. The road workers are to blame for any riots that result from this. Find out where the prosecutor was born and who did the delivery. That evil s.OB (hehe... get it... OB... s OB. nevermind) has some explaining to do. And the prosecutor's parents! What were they thinking when they coupled to make a baby that would some day bring all this pain and suffering to the world? They are to blame for this mess. Had they used some form of contraception, none of this would have happened. Get Trojan on the phone!!! Why weren't the parents of the prosecutor given an ample amount of condoms so that their evil prosecutor baby would have never been born???!!!!???!!! And why are there no time machines? It's 2007 for pete's sake. When are they going to get around to mass marketing time machines? If we had time machines, we could go back in time and prevent any one involved in paris' incarceration from ever being born!!!!!! I blame the slow march of progress for any riots. I'm going to write Stephen Hawking and ask him to send me a time machine. I'm sure he has one. And if he doesn't, he has blood on his hands for paris being in jail.
I knew a someone who got 3 days for driving on a suspended license. (he had not renewed it). So, I do not think her sentence is too long.
Honestly, do you not think that the "special treatment" was just as much for the prison as for Paris? Clearly, she would be a target in general population. Anything that happens to her means millions in attorney's fees for the state, whether they win or lose. Keeping her separated gives the administrators far less to worry about. In fact, that is really the most likely reason why the dopey sheriff allowed her lame excuse to work (unless the Hiltons contacted him and helped him make the decision). I'm sure the prison was far more easy-to-run two weeks ago.
I don’t know how old she was when she hit public life. She just showed up as though she was already famous, and we should ALL know who she was. I think the first I ever heard of her was that there was a porno tape of her, and she was a “victim.”
Of, course “Hilton” is pretty good for product name recognition.
She'd have to find it first.
