Read about English long bow archers in the fifteenth century. Their bows had a draw weight of about 160 lb., about twice the draw weight of this woman’s bow. Each had to be able to fire at least ten arrows per minute.

I don’t doubt they could, they were MEN. This isn’t even a woman, but a GIRL.
I suppose strong girls could, i was just surprised.
