As a Dem he probably could care less if this thing passed,he does however, seem to have decided to represent his constituents, unlike Lindsey Graham who calls them bigots.

The Dems must also listen to Rush because while the Pubbies are calling their base bigots the Dems realize this is their chance to gain power. Too bad the Republicans are morons.

I have heard the Senator’s name, but knew absolutely nothing about him, until I heard him address the Senate tonight. After reading your reply I Googled and found this interesting web site:
