When they had a drought several years ago in Marin County the saying was: “only flush a toilet if the water is brown.”

It's unbelievable the fools in DC want to let millions more into the country. If they legalize the 12 ++++++ million that are here now, we will have 100 million more people in this country over the next twenty years

It's demographics ... they've aborted all the poor .. so they need more poor people to come into the country.

It's interesting that the numbers of illegals in this country are close to the numbers of abortions that have taken place.

If it’s yellow let it mellow...if it’s brown flush it down.

If I were governor of the state, I would immediately stop all development, all building, no more homes, no nothing, period, until solutions for problems like water are solved.

That is why you would never be the governor. While that is certainly a logical move, it is not something you could get away with and stay in office. Another logical move of building large coal or nuclear power plants for desalination would likely make you face incredible political heat as well. But if you built token 10 MW wind generators and small solar farms that did nothing you would be applauded.

Do you realize how much effort is required to use a trash barrel? Since they aren’t being paid even minimum wage to do it, they ain’t gonna do it. That’s the story and I ain’t gonna change it.

Now if you would dam up the creek behind your house you could use that water to fill your gigantic swimming pool and to water your flowers. Think green, Lady, you live in California.

I remember the drought of several years ago when we in the Bay Area were watching our water usage down to the gallon, not watering lawns, washing cars, etc. but on TV they showed the good folks down south watering the concrete just to see if it would grow. They could not see any need to conserve so the folks up north could have a little more water. Let them drink dust!

Interesting as well, the Zero Population Growth movement in the 1970's. It's almost as though someone made a conscious effort to turn us into a Latin American country.

How about a Mexican shower? Duke did it in many of his films, as did most men in the American West in the 19th century, when bathwater was neigh impossible to come by.
