This story is almost exactly like a girl that was abducted & killed in Richmond, VA a year or so ago. They even found her body the same way buy seeing which cell tower & sector her phone was attached to.
The camera didn’t get a good view of the perp, but his car was easily ID’d.
He committed suicide once he knew they had the make/model/color of his car.
I love a happy ending.
If you are speaking of Taylor Behl, her killer entered an Alford plea and got 30 years of free meals.
