I am so angry about this, sick at heart. We’re going to have to install micro-chips in people so cops can find them no matter what. We do it for pets, why not children?

Well, I’ll never take a microchip nor would I recommend anyone else do it. It can be a precursor to end times stuff so be careful what you let the government do to you or your kids.
er.... the chips in pets are only used for identifying the pet, not finding them. I think you are confused.
