OK..I'll go look. BUT they seriously need to get this guys name and photo out there ASAP. He's still on the run, and he's killed once..he'll do it again.

Who??? Some guy that someone found on a registry webpage who’s photo might maybe resemble a blurry, crappy quality video still from a cheap CCTV camera??? You might want to hold off on the APB there Kojak.
