I went over to the Kansas city Sex Offender registry and saw a photo a a Robert Allen Evans who looks like the guy in the target video...Is that him?

The Kansas City list, took me over to Iowa, where this guy Evans is registered.

Just want to let you know, I wasn't trying to be a thread monitor or stick in the mud. Just thought it might not be a good thing to do legally. But it's still up so it must be okay! :)
