When someone like Condi Rice says that the government must have a monopoly on the use of force, obviously the people lose their right to revolt. I have been around some of these people, though not known to be Hmong. This idea that the US is a fair weather friend which is not to be trusted is also current in Pakistan. I hope this gets lots of coverage aimed at those who think our withdrawal from Vietnam was so wonderful. People are still running away from those communists.
This is a nice example of when the federal government should learn to look the other way.
