They have him on 16 counts in an indictment. It is a large case that they wanted to put together tightly, so he could not get off. Something this large, you do not want to rush. This case is way bigger than Randy Duke Cunningham. This will be the largest case seen in Congress for many years. He will be tried in Virginia and not Louisiana too. He is toast.

I will bet you right now that the defense will move to get a change of venue to DC. Much harder to convict a black Dem politician there.
