Gee, maybe my cable guy was right when he said that Blackwater personel shot 1500? or was it 15,000? residents in New Orleans because they were looting and holding up the evacuation.
If anyone had shot even five of them, no one would ever have had to shoot 15,000. So the claim is ludicrous, any way - it doesn't take mass murder to restore order, just a few salutary examples. ;)
