There exists a shadow government that is determined to thwart the policies of the elected adnimistration. They do this not through the constitutional means of checks and balances but through nepotism and treasonous leaks.
Correct. The liberals entrenched within the CIA (and other parts of the foreign policy bureacracy) decide which orders to follow, or make up their own. They were able to run off Porter Goss, and took down Scooter Libby which was the next best thing to taking down their real opponent, Cheney.
They are quite arrogant and are very close to the liberal media. They leak whatever they like whenever they choose and appear safely beyond the reach of any enforcement branch of government, even if there was a political will to discipline them.
