People need to know more about Mormon history. I don’t think it has a lot of bearing on Mitt Romney as a person but the book of Mormon is a sham. It isn’t even a very a good one at that. I respect Mormon’s values and commitment to traditional family values but the whole church would benefit from jettisoning the fiction of Joseph Smith. It is a cut and past combination of plagiarizing from the King James bible and smith’s imagination. Islam is the same, a religion founded by a pedophile and yet no one wants to face the facts on either account and in todays sissy world of relativistic truth one can only expect words like bigot to be used as the defense to beat those who dare assault the golden calf of another’s religion.

Most religions were founded by rather strange people.

However, once you have a couple of million followers, everything usually turns out fairly normal. There are a couple of exceptions, of course.

Your tag line is very true in your case.
