Sorry all, here’s he link;

Great, now we can hear “blinded by the light”, “working for a livin’” and that awful steely dan song that goes “are you reelin in the years”, (or something like that) every day again. I was going crazy not hearing those three songs every afternoon.
Well guess what they lost a customer! The same safe boring radio every one else on the dial is spewing. The day radio died a miserable death!
I tell people who listen to these stations - why not make a CD of the 20 songs they play and just listen to it over and over again in your car? No commercials that way.
I am amazed in the age of the MP3 player that classic rock stations survive. I have even witnessed people trying to call with a request for songs they would have played anyway!
“Play some Skynyrd, dude!”
Yeah, the request lines don’t actually allow you to choose a song. They just have a bunch of people leave a mesage with requests, and it is guaranteed that most of them are just requesting either the latest hit or “free bird” that was already qued up to be played.
I understand that they were really hit hard when Howard Stern left.
They are still keeping Opie and Anthony, however. Whether this consistutes giving the people what they want, I cannot say, but they are on tape delay so they won’t be truly satisfying.
The call sign was just transferred to 106.9 last week.

Why is it they never play Springsteen's version of the song - he wrote the damn thing!
God, how I hate Manfred Mann! :0(

When Springsteen sings it, does he say “wrapped up like a douche” like Manfred Mann does? And besides, except for a few songs on ‘Nebraska” Springsteen sucks too.
Who pays for FREE?
Down here in FL we don’t have any music of your life type station. I would love to have a station playing the old standards, 40’s and big band and such.
They are all rock, 60s 70s 80s stuff. One light jazz, and some Spanish. Some country, some hiphop. That’s it.
Nah, Springsteen sings “cut loose like a deuce, another runner in the night.”
When “The Horse with No Name” comes on, my ears bleed.
I liked his early stuff. Didn't like it when he opposed Reagan. Bruce "jumped the shark" with Philadelphia.
Don't forget Led Zeppelin's #1 hit D'yer Maker or Jimi Hendrix's coup de grace Crosstown Traffic.

AM reception suxor where I work. It would be nice to have Rush et. al. on FM.
At least it is not “Seasons in the Sun” “Cat’s in the Cradle” and “Puff the Magic Dragon” over and over again. I’d be hiding the sharp objects.
