They are more libertarian than conservative. Their idea of the US market is to open it up to the world. To anyone who wants to come here and work in our labor markets. To any country that wants to send it’s low priced crap here (China) and put US workers out of jobs. These are rootless cosmopolitans, not Americans. The “free market” is their god. I've been amazed at how ready the pro-amnesty types have been to impute the most vile, vicious motives to their opponents.

Yesterday on Laura Ingraham's show she actually asserted that opponents of amnesty are "in bed" with population controllers like Planned Parenthood (It was that weird). I mean, I am amazed at how compulsively Chavez, WSJ, et al., are tarring everyone who disagrees with them with the racism brush.
The proponent of amnesty will have a lot of fences to mend when this is over. They're practicing psychological warfare on their own people. They've truely stabbed their own in the back, attributing the worst motives to those who express principled opposition. Truly vile tactics, as race-baiting as Sharpton and Jackson.
