Good points. I called Ken Salazar today (using the Mexican 800 number) and told him this was a bad bill for any American citizen who was paid an hourly wage. Tomorrow I am going to call him and tell him it is a great bill for the fat cats who hire nannies to care for their kids and hire someone mow their lawns.
That is true, of course...not my main objection to the bill, but true, none the less.
