That word was given almost as much press as Paris Hilton’s activities. Big media wants to separate conservatives from any conservative politician. I realize that supporting President Bush on this thread is fruitless, but I just wanted to add “for the record" my 2 cents.
Isn’t it interesting that one word can erase an entire lifetime of political efforts.
Bush - vigilantes — said once
Allen - macaca — said once
Quayle - potato — misspelled because the teacher handed him a flashcard where the word was misspelled.
I hate to tell you this, but Bush's gross flaws on border security and illegal immigration go far beyond calling the Minutemen vigilantes, as this presser aptly demonstrated.
LOL, so far I have read; impeach him, burn him at the stake and spread his ashes in Mexico.
WOW, the BDS is amazing to watch!
The President’s single utterance of the word ‘vigilantes’ is irrelevant. His actions on this issue are. Blame the MSM all you like, but the press conference that just concluded should tell you all you need to know about our President and his intentions regarding immigration.
Okay, that’s one calling the Minutemen vigilantes. 2. Refuses to close the southern border. 3. Didn’t help Skooter Libby. 4. Supports NAFTA and CAFTA. 5. Largest spending budgets in the history of America. 6. Wanted to put Harriet Meyers on the Supreme Court, what was that all about? 7. Won’t stand up to the United Nations. 8. A Freedom Medal for George Tenant former head of the CIA. 9. Didn’t have his Attorney General go after Sandy Berger. I can go on, but I think you get the picture. If you’re a yes person for George Bush, that’s your problem.
