Oh-yeah, that's the ticket. Start them earlier because we all know that's the reason kids can't read or write. They just need a couple more years with the children to teach them. It's not the education system My kids both learned to read at age 4 in a total of 10 hours --twenty minutes a day for four weeks.
Even though neither my wife nor I have degrees in education, we took a stab at it.
"A", "aaaahhh."
"T", "tuh."
"aaahh-tuh." "At!"
We covered "at," "ax," and "as" the first day. A month later they were reading Dr. Seuss books.
Yeah, more time and money, that will fix the problem.
