Another reason: Failure to downsize the UN when it had a chance, and actually promoting passage of the Law of the Sea.

Walk down any street in the country and see if more than 1 out of the first 100 people you see have the foggiest idea what the "Law of the Sea" is.

Re: LOST, so not many would not know if the President does not promote it what a bad idea it is either.
