I do not know how much more I can deal with either. This is really hard on me, and my wife doesn’t know about this latest incident as of yet.
I can only imagine how hard it is for you and your wife. I just think I would be a nervous wreck having to endure this every day with a loved one over there.

we pray every day for our soldiers (as sooo many do). I have 3 friends with sons over there—I’ve watched every one of those boys grow up. We don’t talk about what’s going on or listen to news. We just pray. That’s the best thing.
Especially in light of idiotic remarks made by people like Reid and Pelosi.
I tell my family and friends to ignore the media. They are making things much worse than they really are. I see it when I'm home...after a few days, I catch myself thinking things have gotten much worse and that it's turning into a disaster. Then I remember that I'm getting the media's perspective, not the real one. So, believe me, I can understand.
Prayers up that Robert and Jeremy will be covered by the protective wings of our Lord and will return home safe and sound.
Praying for these soldiers, their families, and for all our troops and their families (including YOU!!!) May God give you His comfort, and give you strength to meet the day’s trials. Keep leaning on His everlasting Arms; He will never fail you. (Psalm 121 may give you some comfort.)
